“Frequent Higher” LOYALTY PROGRAM POLICY

I. Policy Statement

The Suquamish Evergreen Corporation (“SEC”) offers a loyalty program that is available for Agate Dreams’ customers. Under the loyalty program, customers earn discounts as a result of
in-store purchases.

Loyalty program members will accumulate “Points” based on the dollar value of their purchases: one (1) point is equal to one (1) dollar spent at Agate Dreams. 100 “Points” will equal one (1) dollar in discounted value. Loyalty program members will also accumulate “visits” for each day a purchase is made, and upon the 10th “visit,” customers will receive an automatic 10% discount on all items purchased that visit. After the 10th visit, the customer shall begin again at the 1 st visit.

To enroll in the loyalty program, customers will need to provide their first and last name, and zip code. Customers will also have the option of including additional information, such as email and/or phone number. This optional information will be used by SEC to contact the customer if needed (i.e. in if the customer left their wallet or ID in the store or like reasons). Customers will also have the option of providing a date of birth, which will help ensure the customer’s account is not confused with another person with a similar name.

Email addresses will be utilized only by Agate Dreams and will not be sold or disclosed
to outside sources.

II. Loyalty Program

Under this policy, a retail customer may earn the following perks based on his/her purchases at Agate Dreams, subject to the following guidelines:

a. Utilization of “Points” or “10 Visit, 10% Discount” cannot bring the retail price below the product’s cost as selling products below cost is prohibited by law;

b. “Points” do not expire and continue to accumulate until used;

c. “Points” or “Visits” cannot be combined from multiple accounts;

d. The “10 Visit, 10% Discount” is automatically applied to the sale. Opting to skip that sale to save the 10% discount for a later purchase will result in a loss of the “Visit” and “Points” accumulations as the customer’s loyalty account has to be removed from the sale to save that discount for another time;

e. Purchases cannot be spilt to artificially accelerate the accumulation of “Visits”; and f. Employees of SEC cannot apply their purchases to another persons’ loyalty account. If this occurs the recipient’s account may be deleted due to misuse.

III. Violation

Any employee of SEC, including both Agate Dreams’ retail employees and non-retail employees, who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action consistent with the SEC Employee Handbook; disciplinary action may include suspension or termination. All policy questions and requests for exceptions to this policy must be directed to SEC’s
General Manager.

IV. Effective Date
This policy is effective immediately and supersedes any previous policies or practices.
